Painted details on the face and collar.  She may have had a tuft of feathers on her head at one time.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis sculpture was purchased directly from the artist in 1995, and the piece will come with a handwritten note from the artist.  Sadly, Pablita died in 2017 at the young age of 63.  Her legacy is one of an award-winning artist, activist and educator. Her middle name of Ta-Nez-Bah translates \"One Who Completes a Circle\".
