She attended Rapid City Public Schools, St. Paul's Indian Mission in Marty, SD, St. Francis Boarding School in St Francis, SD, and graduated from Rapid City Central High School in 1969. She has three children of whom she was very proud. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDiana was self-taught in many areas of the arts. Inspiration came in many ways for Diana. Throughout her life she had been gifted with the talent of drawing, as well as creating handiwork utilizing embroidery, crochet, and eventually beadwork, which became her specialty. Her work is represented in numerous private collections. She entered her work in many exclusive Native American art markets and won numerous awards.
